Seamless Online Ordering for Hotel Guests
Introducing Flybuy Market, a new level of convenience with our revamped online ordering flow for hotels. Guests can effortlessly navigate this new simplified ordering experience, fully customizable and integrated with our order management platform.
Order Status Tracker in Flybuy Experiences
In today’s order ahead world, giving customers real-time updates on the status of their order is critical. Customers can now stay in the loop with our order status tracker in the Flybuy app and web experiences! They can easily monitor their order ahead progress, ensuring they are always informed ahead of when it’s time to pick up. Customers using the Flybuy Pickup iOS app can also conveniently track their orders from their phone’s lock screen using Apple’s Live Activities feature.
Omnivore Integration Enhances Restaurant Phone-In Orders
We’ve expanded our orders integrations to include those orders entered in the Omnivore Point of Sale interface. This means any customers who place their order over the phone with restaurants using Omnivore can now opt in to share their location with Flybuy for a seamless pickup experience as well.
Targeted Notify Campaigns for a Store or Region of Stores
Notify campaigns can now be configured to be custom by location or for a group of locations. Brands can configure “groups” of stores and apply them to Notify campaigns. This is useful in regional marketing campaigns, store-specific promotions, or any other communication needed tailored specifically to the location! Learn more about Flybuy Notify here.
