Joann was seeking innovation and technology to enhance their Buy Online Pickup In Store solution in time to meet dramatic peaks in demand during their busiest time of year.
SOLUTION
Within a couple weeks, Flybuy was up and running in all 865 Joann stores, just in time for their big Halloween rush. The technology allowed joann store associates to determine exactly when a customer will pick up their order, with location updates along the way. IT also allows them to set priority fulfillment based on arrival times and then meet the customer as soon as they arrive.
