Flybuy offers quick check-in methods for guests who do not engage with the brand’s app or website for pickup, including voice, text, and QR code check-in (VTQR) upon arrival. Now, using these methods, guests can check in with a different phone number than the one originally associated with the order.
How It Works
With Flybuy, the customer can simply text or call from their own phone number to check in, as long as they know the original phone number used to place the order. No more confusion or calling the store, just a smooth, hassle-free pickup.

Flybuy customers use VTQR check in to streamline pickup experiences when a guest hasn’t used the brand’s app. This technology greatly reduces the burden on store staff, who no longer need to handle phone calls from guests asking about their orders after arriving.
