We’ve enhanced the Flybuy Staff Dashboard to display “Cancelled Orders” on the main view to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Previously, cancelled orders were moved to the “Recent Orders” view, which occasionally caused confusion and led to orders being prepared despite cancellation by the customer or delivery driver.
To address this, we’ve introduced the option to display a prominent “Cancelled” stamp on the order card. This clear visual cue helps the kitchen crew quickly identify canceled orders, preventing unnecessary preparation. This update saves brands money by reducing food waste, saves staff time by simplifying order management, and makes it easier to understand when to remove cancelled orders from the dashboard and focus on other tasks.
This is a configurable setting. If you’re noticing a high percentage of cancelled orders being prepared by your staff, we recommend you reach out to your Customer Success Manager to enable this setting.
