Dine Brands further extends Flybuy partnership to include delivery optimization for virtual brands.
Dine Brands Global, Inc., one of the world’s largest full-service dining companies, is currently utilizing the Radius Networks Flybuy Platform through its franchisees at all 2,800 Applebee’s® and IHOP® locations for a faster curbside and in-store pickup handoff. Today, they announce that they have extended their partnership to make the Flybuy Pickup and delivery optimization platform available to franchisees for their virtual brands Super Mega Dilla SM and Thrilled Cheese SM from IHOP and Cosmic Wings® from Applebee’s.
Both Applebee’s and IHOP will leverage Flybuy Pickup’s delivery integrations directly with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others. This will consolidate their off-premise guest orders with virtual brands orders, making order fulfillment efficient for restaurant team members, the team member-to-driver hand-off faster and a better experience for delivery drivers and guests.
All orders are placed through the virtual brand’s website or through a delivery service provider’s marketplace for delivery. Flybuy will then communicate to the fulfilling restaurant with a delivery driver’s ETA and an approaching and arriving state, creating labor efficiency, fresh food, and a fast hand off. All off-premise orders will be visible from the Flybuy Dashboard, which enables team members to fulfill all of their off-premise orders in an efficient manner while creating a “perfect handoff” to delivery drivers and a faster, fresher guest experience.
