Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate long-term complex customer-facing projects to deliver solutions that generate customer value
  • Develop comprehensive project plans
  • Keep track of deadlines, responsibilities, and progress of projects using appropriate measures and documentation methods to ensure that all deliverables are on-time and within scope
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and internal Flybuy teams to influence project roadmap and decisions
  • Provide administrative support to internal Flybuy teams, as needed, to ensure all aspects of projects are developing as planned
  • Continuously drive excellence in project management fundamentals, building on best-practices and escalating any roadblocks to shared business objectives
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build rapport and ensure smooth project execution
  • Judiciously request support from internal subject matter experts
  • Maintain a diverse understanding of global customary business practices and procedures in Europe, Asia and Americas
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-year projects
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be proactive, highly energized and able to adapt to changing technology environment at short notice
  • Ability to travel internationally and comfortable with travel up to 25%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Project Management experience, especially in Restaurant Technology
  • Proximity to Washington, DC
