RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate long-term complex customer-facing projects to deliver solutions that generate customer value
- Develop comprehensive project plans
- Keep track of deadlines, responsibilities, and progress of projects using appropriate measures and documentation methods to ensure that all deliverables are on-time and within scope
- Serve as the liaison between the customer and internal Flybuy teams to influence project roadmap and decisions
- Provide administrative support to internal Flybuy teams, as needed, to ensure all aspects of projects are developing as planned
- Continuously drive excellence in project management fundamentals, building on best-practices and escalating any roadblocks to shared business objectives
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build rapport and ensure smooth project execution
- Judiciously request support from internal subject matter experts
- Maintain a diverse understanding of global customary business practices and procedures in Europe, Asia and Americas
- Perform other related duties as assigned
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-year projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be proactive, highly energized and able to adapt to changing technology environment at short notice
- Ability to travel internationally and comfortable with travel up to 25%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Project Management experience, especially in Restaurant Technology
- Proximity to Washington, DC
