What You Will Be Doing…
Radius Networks is looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team! The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for configuration, testing, packaging, and shipment of computer-related products.
This is a full-time position that will be based at our Brentwood, MD warehouse, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. This position will be a member of our Operations team and report to the Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, package and ship computer-related hardware and software
- Monitor and manage inventory stock levels and produce related reports
- Maintain hardware configuration and testing records
- Process RMAs and maintain records
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders
- Other warehouse and logistic related duties
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the areas of logistics, inventory management, and/or warehouse operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well and work cooperatively within and between departments
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment and manage competing priorities to meet critical deadlines.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and/or Google software applications
