Radius Networks is searching for an Implementation Engineer with strong engineering and interpersonal communication skills. The Implementation Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. You must be highly productive, be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and be adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
This position is full time and located at our Washington, DC headquarters.
Responsibilities

Represent Radius Networks and the application of its solutions to key stakeholders with customers and partners

Drive and manage the technology evaluation phase of the sales process

Distill and surface market feedback to represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Business Development teams

Balance customer and partner feedback with the long term product vision

Brainstorm and negotiate feasible solutions architectures with customers and partners

Troubleshoot end-to-end system issues during pilot phases with clients

Oversee deployments of pilot systems for quality, accuracy, and performance in unique environments

Liaise with Product Marketing on building scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication including collateral development
Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, system architecture, deployment, software development or engineering

Experience in a customer (internal or external) facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great problem solving skills around technical, product, and business questions

Working understanding of product sales lifecycle

Able to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds

Strong understanding of product development lifecycle

Working understanding of software development best practices

Working understanding of Unix-like environments

Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated

Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with network protocols, architecture, and topologies

Experience with location technology
- Mobile app development, PostgreSQL, AWS/Heroku, Ruby on Rail, Go experience a plus
